All of our products meet NSF standards. They are either NSF or ETL Sanitation certified. These both are recognized by all health departments across the US as commercial and approved for foodservice.

We make it simple! All of our products have a one year parts and labor warranty. Our refrigeration units have a 6 YEAR compressor warranty as well. One of the best in the business!

We have a nationwide service network we use for all of our products under warranty. Give us a call and we will arrange warranty service for you right away.

We also offer 1 year extended warranties for all products! These are available when adding a product to the cart.

Unfortunately acts of natural disasters including hurricanes, tornados, floods, lightning damage etc. among others are not covered under the warranty of our products. This would be a claim you would have to pursue with your business insurance company.
